Registration for the 
2011 - 2012
academic year
is still open!


We ask that all families interested in attending HAAC Day please print out the following registration paperwork and send it in - along with all the appropriate tuition and fees - before the first day of class.  


Families new to homeschooling need to find a veteran homeschool family in our community who is known to us and who knows your family well who can sponsor your family.  Please have someone from the sponsor family email his or her letter of recommendation to Sandy Graham at Sandy@haaclassday.org

If you do not know any local homeschool families, please arrange an interview for at least one parent and interested students with Sandy Graham via the same email address.


Please print and fill out all registration forms as detailed below.  Please note that some forms require the signature of both parents as well as all students.
